Find new twitter users by typing in your twitter name or the twitter name of someone you enjoy following. It works well, but is bizarrely under featured compared to other services of the same type. It excels at actually recommending users you might enjoy without just regurgitating someones twitter list like other services of this nature.
The missing features includes zero integration with your twitter account, zero graphical flair, and a lack of grouping features. If you find someone you want to follow you have to click on their user name, go to their twitter page, and hit follow, instead of just clicking a bunch of check boxes and hitting follow. While it's a bit more painful than other services of the same nature, some users may appreciate the added privacy and simplicity.
